Jess graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Michigan State University in 2011. She worked in private practice for 3 years before returning to MSU as an LVT in the Emergency/Critical Care department. Jess worked at Dewitt Veterinary Hospital while achieving her LVT and missed working with healthy and happy pets! In addition to working at MSU's Emergency/Critical Care Dept, she is now part time with DeWitt Veterinary Hospital. Jess resides in the Laingsburg area with her husband, 4 dogs (Izzie, Peggie, Ziggie & Norie), 2 Cats (Tootsie and Oberon), and a Russian Tortoise (Dr. Sheldon Cooper).

Caitlin has been around animals since she could walk. Ever since she was little she knew she wanted to work with animals. That led Caitlin to the JTED program where she graduated from Veterinary Assistant school, took her NAVTA exam, and graduated as a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Currently, she is pursuing a higher education at Lansing Community College, with a plan to transfer to Michigan State University to complete her classes to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. In her spare time Caitlin loves spending time with her pets. She has 4 horses, 3 dogs (Mira pictured), and 2 cats. She also enjoys doing activities outdoors.
I am originally from Germany. My husband Chris was stationed there with the Army when we met. We soon after moved to Michigan then married and have been here for over 23 years. We have 2 children, Jonah and Emily. Jonah recently graduated from CMU and Emily attends Northwood University. My family also includes 2 dogs (Lilly and Josie) and 2 cats (Lynx and Cammie), all four are rescues. I have worked as a Radiology Technologist for 9 years and have volunteered at the Capital Area Humane Society for several years and in January 2020 decided to combine my medical experience and my love for animals and joined DeWitt Veterinary Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. In my spare time I love to hike, bike, camp, read, craft, and just enjoy our great Michigan summers, as long as they last, as well as spending quality time with my family (especially my fur babies). *Pictured in lower right.
